The idea of giving one tenth of one’s income is God’s method of establishing the Kingdom of God on earth. Its God’s way of resourcing the work committed to men. It’s a Kingdom principle for a kingdom work. Jesus taught the disciples to pray. He gave them a number of principles that would help them to pray effectively and He then proceeded to give them an example of effective prayer. It is thee most important prayer found in the bible. Jesus said, “This, then, is how you should pray:

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, As we also forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation But deliver us from the evil one.   (Mathew 6: 9-13)

The focus of prayer is the establishment of the rule of God on earth. The prayer is a vision statement. When you pray this prayer you’re supporting the vision of Christ…and His mission… to establish the Kingdom of God in the earth.

So then it is logical to conclude that it would be of no benefit to pray this prayer and neglect financial support (tithe) ; it’s with our finances that we resource the Kingdom.

CPC - General Fund 

Donations / offerings / tithe given to the general will go towards the up keep of the buillding, salaries of the staff, the support of the many functions of the ministry, etc. Thank you for your support. 

CPC - Youth Ministries

Donations given here will go for the support of Youth Ministry. Thank you for your support.

CPC - Children Ministries

Donations to this ministry will go towards the resourcing of AfterSchock, which is the midweek kids ministry, Children's church / Sunday School material and the nursary. Thank you for your support. 

CPC - VBS Camp

Free Registration for Children: Donations given to Vocation Bible School (Camp) will go towards resourcing this ministry for the duration of one week which runs from Monday to Friday. VBS happens in the month of July and it is free of cost for the children who register. However, for as little as $ 25.00 a child is sponored for the entire week of camp. Thank you for your support.

CPC - Missionary Paul and Lynn Kohls

Our church has partnered with Paul and Lynn in financial support for the enduration of time spent in Kenya, Africa.  100 % of donation contribute to their work will go to them. During the 2008 school year Paul served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Pan Africa Christian University and taught in the graduate program in leadership. As from September 1, 2009 he was appointed by the Council of Governors of the university as Dean of Graduate Studies and Research. Thank you for your support.

Bill and Bev Pharands

Our church has also partnered with Bill and Bev in financial support for the duration of their time spent in Guinea, East Africa.

As you partner with the Pharands in prayer and financial support: churches are being built, nationals are being trained, the poor are being fed, the sick are recieving medical attention and the lost are being saved. Together, for God's glory, we are making a difference. Thank You for your support.
